Silver Plan:

  • We will install new systems (PCs & Peripherals) - hardware and software

b) Router, Firewall,

  • Install, configure and maintain Internet Access (Routers & Firewalls)

c) Anti-Virus installs/scans/fixes

  • Install Anti-Virus Software , scan the system and apply any fixes. Periodically monitor the system

d) Ensure all computers are up & connected

  • Maintain connectivity, and troubleshoot any issues

  • Deal with hardware and software failures, and provide fixes

f) Hardware and Software upgrades

  • Recommend and apply hardware (memory, disk) and software (OS, upgrade, patches) upgrades

  • Ensure internet connection is working as per SLA. Recommend upgrades

i) Telephone Support / Remote Help – 9AM – 9PM

  • Ensure all local systems have constant network access (local & internet)
