- We will install new systems (PCs & Peripherals) - hardware and software
b) Router, Firewall,
- Install, configure and maintain Internet Access (Routers & Firewalls)
c) Anti-Virus installs/scans/fixes
- Install Anti-Virus Software , scan the system and apply any fixes. Periodically monitor the system
d) Ensure all computers are up & connected
- Maintain connectivity, and troubleshoot any issues
e) Repair Hardware, Software
- Deal with hardware and software failures, and provide fixes
f) Hardware and Software upgrades
- Recommend and apply hardware (memory, disk) and software (OS, upgrade, patches) upgrades
g) Internet Installation – ISP connections, PC and other devices on-line
- Ensure internet connection is working as per SLA. Recommend upgrades
i) Telephone Support / Remote Help – 9AM – 9PM
- Ensure all local systems have constant network access (local & internet)
Gold Plan – On-Site:
j) Remote Access to office computers
k) VPN and Tunneling (HIPAA compliant)
l) Server Installation (one time fee)
m) Training – HW, SW (Windows, MS-Office, Browsers, MP3)
n) Telephone support / Onsite support (9AM to 9PM Weekdays)
Platinum Plan:
o) All Data Backups
p) Server Administration
q) Telephone support / Onsite support (24/7)
r) Working with 3rd party vendors to ensure smooth office running
