Jyoti Challi, President & CEO
Jyoti Challi founded Banyan Solutions Inc. in November 2001 and continues to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer.
Ms. Challi's background in Information Technology and in-depth knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning has proved to be a valuable asset in taking Banyan from an idea, to being one of the nation's premier health care office solutions providers..
Years of applied IT experience along with the highly specialized training provided by SAP (Germany), has led to the creation of the current state of the art Transcription Services Portal and online Medical Billing Services applications.
Before starting Banyan Solutions, Ms. Challi worked with an IT consulting firm in Manhattan. Prior to this, Ms. Challi worked as a senior executive with Hyatt Regency and WIMCO (a Swedish multinational corporation with a strong presence in India). She has over 18 years of experience in managing public and private sector companies. Ms. Challi is a science graduate from University of Delhi. She holds an Advanced Diploma in Software Engineering from National Institute of Information Technology and is a SAP-HCM certified consultant."

Dr. Bush, Medical Director, Santa Clara, USA
Having grown up in the Bay Area and graduating from Stanford University, Dr. Bush felt fortunate to attend the University of Cincinnati, College of Medicine. While attending U of C he realized that Family Practice suited his personality and allowed him to utilize all of the medical knowledge he had acquired. Feeling the need to return to California, Dr. Bush was chosen to be part of the Santa Monica Hospital Family Practice Residency Program. After graduation, he spent the next year doing Emergency Medicine before returning home to work at the Palo Alto Medical Clinic, where he spent three years. Yearning to practice full-spectrum family medicine, Dr. Bush joined a medical school friend in rural south central Washington State in the beautiful Yakima Valley. He was in the private practice of medicine, providing "cradle to grave" care including many hours practicing in the emergency room at the local hospital. After twenty-one years of this time consuming lifestyle, Dr. Bush retired from practice and returned to the Bay Area.
In 2005, Jyoti Challi "found" Dr. Bush and he joined Banyan Solutions as a proofreader, which evolved into the Medical Director/Quality Control Officer at Banyan Solutions.
Along side his Banyan duties, Dr. Bush is a certified Community Practitioner and now teaches several classes each week as a way to serve others.

Dr. Anil Dacha, Medical Director, North India Operations
Dr. Dacha is a medical graduate from Delhi University with specialization in Respiratory Medicine. Dr. Dacha worked in Great Britain where he gained extensive Clinical and Research experience. Since 1999 Dr. Dacha got involved in the healthcare support services industry and has been working in this field ever since. Dr. Dacha heads 3 of Banyan’s facilities in India; Delhi, Coimbatore and Dehradun.
A lover of wildlife and outdoors, Dr. Dacha feels fortunate to be working in the Banyan facility in Dehradun, which just happens to be located right next to the Rajaji National Wildlife Park (www.rajajinationalpark.in). “We get glimpses of beautiful peacocks and deers from our windows, very often.”, says Dr. Dacha. |

James M. Campbell, Director Sales & Mkt., Santa Clara
James Campbell attended San Diego State University, where he majored in Art and Advertising. Upon graduation, Mr. Campbell received a Bachelors Degree in Commercial Art and moved to San Francisco where he started his career in the graphics/advertising field working for the Bechtel Group. Mr. Campbell’s Bechtel assignment prepared him for the work he would eventually do for a major California bank, The Crocker Bank, where he became the Assistant Manager of the Graphics Group in the Corporate Communications Division and an Officer of the Bank.
After Crocker was taken over by Wells Fargo Bank in 1986, Mr. Campbell worked for several marketing and advertising firms in San Francisco where he had the primary role of Graphics Project Manager. Some of the projects he managed were for; The California Lottery, Levis Strauss, Blue Diamond Almond Growers, Duty Free Shops, and the San Francisco Giants.
Mr. Campbell moved to Silicon Valley in the early 1990’s and continued his career working for several companies managing graphics departments, and sales & marketing campaigns for several companies.
Mr. Campbell joined Banyan Solutions in December 2010 as the Director of Sales & Marketing.

Madhu Kopalle, CIO, Santa Clara
Mr. Kopalle is Banyan Solution’s Chief Information Officer for the United States.
Mr. Kopalle graduated from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Then in 1984 Mr. Kopalle received his Masters Degree in Science from the University of Texas, Arlington. Mr. Kopalle brings over 20 years of demonstrated success in IT Leadership to Banyan Solutions. Mr. Kopalle is responsible at Banyan for leading technical support efforts, system installation processes, data-center management, IT Security and application services both domestically and abroad.
Along with his Banyan responsibilities, Mr. Kopalle holds the position of Senior Staff Engineer with Juniper Networks, where he oversees architecture, design & development of Juniper’s advanced Edge Router enabling technologies.
In his spare time, Mr. Kopalle enjoys swimming and teaching chess to his children. He also loves studying the world’s religions and philosophy.

Rajesh Benjamin, Chief Technical Officer
Mr. Benjamin is responsible for the overall information systems analysis and design for all of Banyan’s web based solutions.
Rajesh along with the IT team makes sure that the systems are monitored 24/7 and guarantee 99.9% uptime and reliability for Banyan’s customers.
Mr. Benjamin has worked tremendously in developing systems oriented applications. He has gained expertise working with Advance .NET technology, Web 3.0 techniques including CRM and ERP domains.
Rajesh enjoys spending time playing cricket, internet research, and developing new innovation software.

Dr. Ajit Singh, Director Medical Billing Dept
Dr. Ajit Singh joined Banyan Solutions in October 2008 as the Director of Medical Billing. He is one of Banyan’s core Team-Members who has contributed to the setting up and consolidation of the overall billing operations at Banyan Solutions.
Dr. Ajit Singh currently oversees all coding and billing functions for Banyan. Prior to joining Banyan, Dr. Singh had 10 years experience in the fields of Medical Billing, Denial Management and Coding with Prexus Health.
Dr. Ajit Singh graduated from Nehru Homeopathic Medical College (NHMC), where he received his Bachelors Degree in Homeopathic Medicine & Surgery in 2000. He received his Doctorate in Acupuncture from the Indian Academy of Acupuncture Science in 2001.

Rohina Kapoor, Manager North India Operations
Ms. Rohina Kapoor has both a Science and Law Degree from Delhi University. Rohina has more than 10 years of experience as a medical language specialist, and has worked with Banyan for most of her career. She has wide experience in managing hospital, clinic and major accounts in all medical specialties. She has great team building and training skills and has trained and mentored more than hundred medical language specialists. In her spare time Rohina enjoys reading and preserving memories through photography.

Jankin John Williams, Account Manager for Dehradun office.
John is a science graduate from HNB Garhwal University. After graduation, he worked as a sailor in the Merchant Navy and was stationed in Dubai for 9 months. After his stint at sea, John got introduced to the field of Medical Transcription, which soon became his passion. He enjoys his work and says he is learning new medical terminologies and techniques every day.
John’s interests vary from computer science to singing and traveling. He is fond of motor cycles and takes a keen interest in the gadget industry.”
